  • Employer material will refer to messages, brochures, job postings, site content, audio, videos, sound, recordings, photos, logos, trademarks, domain names, reports, documents or other materials given by Employer, assuming any, for use regarding the Services.
  • The term job seeker will refer to a user who is using the platform to search for the job in any other capacity expect an employer.


Intellectual Property Rights and Acceptable Use of the ALMPG and Services.

The website and its services are intended for the users that are looking for networking with others, jobs, and employment and for employers and recruiters that are looking for the candidates for a specific job. The users can only use the website and its services for the lawful purposes that are stated in the context of ALMPG fair use.

All the material and content available on the website is the soleproperty of ALMPG and its licensors. This material and content are protected by the UnitedStates and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. As all the content of the website is copyrighted, it is prohibited and illegal to copy, modify and to use the content on some otherwebsite or in any networked computer environment without any prior notice from ALMPG. The content can include design logo and certain other names or logos such as service marks and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans. Also, the look and feel of the website that includes the color combinations, button shapes, layout, design and all other graphical elements are also secured and copyrighted by ALMPG.

The job seekers on the website are granted a limited, terminable andnon-exclusive right to access and use the website. They can only use and access the website for the personal use. Theycan seek employment opportunities on the platform for themselves.

In case you are younger than 13 years old it is advised to terminate your account otherwise the company will take certain actions against you and your account. ALMPG is a website where users are allowed to post and see the posts, posted by other users, employers, recruiters and staffing agencies. Users looking for jobs can upload their resumes on the platform and can share it with the employers for a specific job or post. We do not evaluate the resumes posted by the job seekers and job listings posted by the employers. Because we are not involved in actual transactions between the employees and candidates, the users of the website are required to examine the details by their selves. We do not control the quality, safety, legality, and accuracy of the posts that is why we don’t warrant anything posted by any user.

We can also not confirm that the users appear to be the same as shown in the resume or the post. This is because the authentication of the user on the internet is very difficult. We don’t get involved in user to user dealing that is why we don’t have control over the behavior of the participants.
