With his business acumen, extensive experience and advance certifications in Technology Architecture and Information System, Riyaz excelled in multiyear business roadmap development, Technology blue print development and delivery approaches for large enterprise.
Riyaz had been part of successful business ventures that includes his primary business of Qulahad (Digital Marketing and Software development company)
Riyaz started his career right out of collage as Software Application Developer in 2004 and worked on almost every position you can imagine in IT Industry. His favorite title that he always wears is Solutions Architect as he loves to solve problems and never wants to give up opportunity of Architecting Solutions.

Riyaz did his Masters of Computers Sciences and B.Tech (Bachelor of Computer Science) .
As a Systems Engineer in Windows and Unix, Faiyaz looks to delve deeper into the realm of administration, security and risk analysis. He is proud to be a IBMer, has masters in Computer Science and also pursing his second Masters at Campbellsville in Information Security. He enjoys mentoring, nurturing fellow brothers and volunteering with community service. He is passionate about the creation and its Creator, the most high.
Dawood is in California and works as a Team Lead for a major Health Care Client in Los Angeles. He holds two masters degrees - MBA and Masters in Information Technology. He likes learning new technologies, and is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with others. He does regular exercise, plays sports and likes travelling.
Ilyas works for a major Health Care Client in Central Florida as a Senior Business Intelligence Administrator and Analyst. Prior to working with this client, he worked in Insurance and Pharmaceutical industry as a senior BI Developer. He holds a Master's degree is Software Engineering and a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. He enjoys meeting people, volunteering with community services, and helping others using his knowledge and skills. He also likes playing sports and travelling.

This is made possible through the indefatigable efforts of our founders, moderators, and the strength of our volunteer and recruiter network.
We are a group with an ambition to address the professional needs of its members. We provide a solid platform where the members with similar interests and ideals can unite and work towards enhancing opportunities for each other by job referrals, professional guidance and extend help to one another. We are currently focused on the US and INDIA market and have the vision to expand it to other countries in the due course.

Our history dates back to 2014 when a group of friends began their journey of social service to help people find suitable jobs. This was in response to growing employment related challenges faced by fresh IT graduates and job-seekers in the US market. With a deep sense of community upliftment, these guys started a group on Google.com with an aim to offer their assistance to the member community through job referrals generated internally at their organizations.
The group has been expanding rapidly and so as the needs of our members. Now our scope has been expanded to career guidance, educational sessions, resource sharing and a variety of development activities
